The AQUAGREEN in-vessel composter converts any kind of organic waste into compost within 15 to 18 days by a natural aerobic process — fully automated, odourless, and zero-to-landfill.
18 capacity models from 25 kg/day to 2,500 kg/day — sized for a single restaurant kitchen to a large township.
A continuous aerobic process inside a sealed drum — segregated waste in, compost out in 15 to 18 days.
Kitchen and canteen food waste is emptied into the hopper each day, segregated at source, with saw dust and a microbial composting culture added to every input to balance moisture and kickstart aerobic decomposition.
The inlet chopper makes the material homogeneous, increasing surface area before it passes into the drum — this is what keeps the process odourless and fast.
The drum rotates slowly with automatic aeration and turning. An agitator and inbuilt baffles keep the waste mixed at very low rotational speed for 15 to 18 days — entirely sealed, so there is no odour on site.
Finished compost overflows the drum into bins for curing and stabilisation, then bagging for garden or farm use.
Laboratory analysis of compost produced in our machines. Organic compost improves soil porosity, drainage and aeration, and retains up to ten times its weight in water.
From a boutique hotel kitchen to a large residential complex — there is an AEC model for every scale of organic waste generation.
Any site that generates food or organic waste and wants to eliminate wet waste from municipal collection entirely.
Tell us your daily organic waste volume and we'll recommend the right AEC model.
