How it works

A proven four-stage treatment train converts raw water of any quality into clean, compliant output.

01
Pre-Treatment & Screening

Raw water is drawn through coarse screens and a sedimentation chamber to remove leaves, grit, and large suspended matter before it enters the main filtration train. This protects downstream equipment and extends filter life.

02
Sand & Carbon Filtration

Multi-grade gravity and pressure sand filters remove turbidity and fine suspended particles. Activated carbon filters follow, eliminating free chlorine, organic compounds, colour, and odour — producing clear, taste-free water.

03
Softening & Reverse Osmosis

Ion exchange water softeners reduce hardness caused by calcium and magnesium to below 5 ppm, preventing boiler scaling and extending equipment life. Where low TDS is required, high-rejection RO membranes remove dissolved salts under pressure.

04
Disinfection & Continuous Monitoring

UV irradiation or controlled chlorine dosing provides final disinfection before treated water enters storage. TDS, turbidity, pH, and residual chlorine are continuously monitored via on-site instrumentation or remote IoT.

03 — Water Softener Plants

Hardness, reduced to below 5 ppm

Our water softener plants remove the hardness caused by calcium and magnesium, and other impurities, capable of reducing hardness to below 5 ppm — highly effective in preventing scale on pipe walls, which in turn prevents clogging of boiler tubes and heating surfaces, the single most common cause of lost boiler efficiency and premature tube failure. Sand filtration remains the most frequently used method of removing suspended solids from water, and our activated carbon filters remove free chlorine, organic matter, odour, and colour with minimum pressure drop.

Softener sizing depends on raw water hardness and the volume required between regenerations — sized on a raw water analysis, not on a nominal figure.
