Zero-power anaerobic first stage, built for the long term
A hybrid of anaerobic digestion and aerobic polishing, built in permanent RCC civil construction. The anaerobic first stage removes a substantial share of the BOD and COD load with zero power input to the biological process, so only the polishing stage needs aeration — the lowest-running-cost option we build.

The diagram separates the zero-power fixed-film first stage from the smaller aerated polishing stage and shows the complete route to reuse.
Wastewater rises through structured PVC media where attached anaerobic biomass removes a substantial share of BOD and COD without aeration.

Bar screen and oil / grease chamber.
Zero power input to the anaerobic biological process — the single largest operating cost saving.
40–50+ year structural life in monolithic RCC construction.
Large volumes buffer hydraulic and organic shock loads.
Suited to permanent burial and high water table sites.
Spacious compartments, standard equipment for maintenance access.
Lower lifecycle cost than prefabricated packaged alternatives.
